Methodology

                There are lots of methodologies in consulting, particularly with big firms            who mold you and your business to their models and then fit you to their pretty much pre-packaged solutions.             

First, we'll listen and ask a lot of questions to learn what you are trying to do and compare notes with you on like experiences. One of the hardest things to do, believe it or not, is to get a really clear description of what you want. Getting people aimed in the same direction and working together is hard -- even when you pay them.  Getting people to work together takes a clear and mutual understanding of three things:

•  The real goal: what you really want to do   

•  The plan: what specific steps have to happen

•  Assignments: who has to do what - exactly

That's not easy.

Then you need relentless persistence.
