Methodology

                             

First, we'll listen and ask a lot of questions to learn what you are trying to do and to compare notes on like experiences. Getting people aimed in the same direction and working together is hard -- even when you pay them.  Getting people to work together takes a clear and mutual understanding of three things:

  •  The real goal: what you really want to do   

  •  The plan: what specific steps have to happen

  •  Assignments: who has to do what - exactly

That's not easy.

Then you need relentless persistence.
